Welcome and assist guests in a friendly and professional manner
Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and effectively
Ensure guest satisfaction by providing personalized service
Coordinate with front desk, housekeeping, food & beverage, and other departments
Maintain accurate guest records and feedback logs
Resolve issues and escalate complex concerns to management when necessary
Promote hotel services, facilities, and local attractions
Follow company policies, service standards, and brand guidelines
