Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome guests with a warm and genuine smile, creating a positive first impression that sets the tone for their stay.
  • Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and efficiently, ensuring guest satisfaction and resolving issues with empathy.
  • Manage and coordinate guest arrivals and departures, including check-in, check-out, and luggage assistance, to ensure a seamless experience.
  • Provide personalized recommendations for local attractions, restaurants, and activities, enhancing guest experiences and promoting hotel services.
  • Collaborate with other hotel departments, such as housekeeping and maintenance, to ensure guest needs are met promptly and efficiently.
  • Monitor and maintain the overall guest experience, ensuring a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment throughout the hotel.
  • Coordinate special requests, such as arranging transportation or making reservations, providing a concierge-level service.
  • Upsell hotel services and amenities, such as room upgrades or spa treatments, to maximize revenue and enhance guest experiences.
  • Proactively anticipate guest needs and offer assistance, demonstrating a commitment to exceptional service and anticipating potential issues.
  • Maintain a detailed record of guest interactions, preferences, and feedback, using this information to personalize future interactions.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Prior experience in a customer service or hospitality role is essential, with at least 1-2 years of relevant experience.
  • High school diploma or equivalent is required; a degree in hospitality management is preferred.
  • A strong understanding of hotel operations and guest service principles is required.
  • Must possess a professional and polished appearance, reflecting the standards of the hotel.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, to meet the needs of the hotel.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
