Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
We're seeking a friendly and proactive Guest Relations Officer to ensure exceptional guest experience. You'll handle guest inquiries, resolve issues, and promote our services to enhance guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
-Greet and assist guests, addressing their needs and concerns
-Resolve guest complaints and issues promptly and professionally
-Provide information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions
-Coordinate with other departments to ensure guest requests are met
-Monitor guest feedback and report trends to management
-Participate in initiatives to enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty
Desired Candidate Profile
-1-2 years of experience in guest services or related field
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
-Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
-Fluency in English; additional languages a plus
Nationality preference - North African/ East European
