Position Overview
The Guest Service Support Expert Food and Beverage role at The Ritz-Carlton Dubai supports restaurant and dining operations by ensuring service areas are prepared, maintained, and supported throughout each shift. This role focuses on behind-the-scenes service support, teamwork, and adherence to the brand s Gold Standards to deliver a seamless luxury dining experience.

Key Responsibilities
* Support food and beverage service operations by preparing tables, service stations, and dining areas
* Assist kitchen and service teams to ensure smooth workflow and timely service delivery
* Maintain cleanliness of work areas, equipment, and service supplies throughout shifts
* Replenish supplies and ensure service areas are fully stocked and organized
* Assist with menu handling by reading and visually verifying information when required
* Follow company policies, food safety, hygiene, and quality standards at all times
* Maintain professional appearance, grooming, and communication in line with brand expectations
* Support a safe working environment by reporting hazards, maintenance needs, or incidents
* Perform physical tasks related to service support, including lifting and carrying items within safety limits
* Carry out other reasonable duties as assigned by supervisors to support operations
Ideal Profile
* High school diploma or equivalent preferred
* No prior work experience required; food and beverage experience is an advantage
* Strong team-oriented attitude with willingness to support colleagues
* Ability to work on feet for extended periods in a fast-paced environment
* Basic communication skills and attention to cleanliness and detail
* Commitment to service quality and workplace safety
