Roles & Responsibilities
- Coordinate and schedule heavy equipment rentals, ensuring optimal utilization and minimizing downtime, directly impacting revenue generation.
- Manage customer inquiries, providing expert advice on equipment selection and usage, building strong client relationships and fostering repeat business.
- Prepare rental agreements and contracts, meticulously documenting all details to mitigate legal risks and ensure clarity for both parties.
- Oversee equipment inspections and maintenance schedules, proactively addressing potential issues and maximizing equipment lifespan.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Possesses a High School Diploma or equivalent; a degree in business or a related field is a plus.
- Demonstrates strong organizational and time management skills, capable of handling multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
- Exhibits excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, building rapport with clients and colleagues alike.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with a strong aptitude for learning new software and rental management systems.
