Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Drive and develop new business opportunities in KSA and neighboring Middle East countries, aligned with ANI s growth strategy.
Identify and secure EPC, O&M, and manpower contracts with key clients in the oil & gas, power, infrastructure, and industrial sectors.
Build and nurture client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
Establish and oversee local operational capabilities including hiring, statutory compliances, supply chain, and office setup.
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to ANI s quality and HSE standards.
Manage the country P&L, budgets, and financial controls in collaboration with the India head office.
Lead, motivate, and develop a local team to support business growth.
Stay up to date on local market dynamics, competitor activities, and regulatory frameworks to adapt business plans accordingly.
Represent ANI Integrated Services Ltd. with local authorities, government departments, and industry associations.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor s degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical/Instrumentation preferred); MBA will be an advantage.
15+ years of experience in business development and operations management, preferably in EPC, O&M, engineering manpower, or industrial services.
Demonstrated success in developing new markets, winning projects, and setting up operations overseas.
Excellent leadership, negotiation, and strategic thinking skills.
Strong knowledge of Middle East business culture and legal frameworks (prior experience in KSA preferred).
Ability to build high-performing teams in multicultural environments.
Strong communication skills in English; knowledge of local languages is an advantage.
