HEAD CHEF - FINE DINING AMERICAN FUSION


We are launching a new fine dining American fusion restaurant in Colombo, Sri Lanka, and are seeking a creative, experienced, and passionate Head Chef to lead our hot kitchen operations.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Minimum 4–5 years of relevant experience: open to all nationalities, with preference for Mexican and Latin American candidates

  • Proven experience in a Head Chef or Senior Chef role

  • Diploma or certification from a recognized culinary institute

  • Strong expertise in menu development and food costing

  • Ability to work independently and lead a team effectively


    Salary: Competitive, based on experience

    Job Location: Colombo, Sri Lanka
