Financial Accounting & Compliance

• Oversee end-to-end accounting operations (AP, AR, GL, bank & vendor reconciliations, month-end and year-end closures) across multiple entities and geographies.
• Ensure full compliance with UAE VAT and corporate tax regulations, including calculation, filing, documentation, and audit readiness.
• Supervise Indian GST accounting, reconciliation, export-related accounting, and statutory reporting for India operations.
• Manage EXIM accounting, invoicing, costing, and timely realization of export receivables.

Financial Reporting & Controls

• Prepare and finalize financial statements, MIS reports, budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis.
• Coordinate with internal and statutory auditors across the UAE and India.
• Align and standardize accounting policies between UAE and Indian books, strengthening internal controls and process efficiency.

Treasury, Administration & Leadership

• Manage company cash flows, banking relationships, and working capital optimization.
• Oversee office administration, payroll processing, employee support services, procurement coordination, and vendor management.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the accounts and administration team, ensuring timely, accurate reporting and strong cross-functional coordination.
