ResponsibilitiesLead and manage the organisation s regulatory compliance framework, ensuring alignment with applicable UAE regulatory requirements and industry standards.Oversee regulatory obligations management, compliance monitoring programmes and regulatory reporting processes.Provide oversight and guidance on conduct risk and consumer protection matters across the organisation.Act as a key point of contact for engagement with regulators and relevant supervisory authorities.Advise senior management and board-level committees on regulatory developments and compliance considerations.Support the development and enhancement of compliance policies, procedures, and governance structures.Contribute to the development and strengthening of the compliance function within a growing financial services environment.
