Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

We can offer you the following tasks:

  • Lead and coordinate all field service and workshop operations across MEA.
  • Develop and execute regional field service strategy aligned with global objectives.
  • Drive operational efficiency, safety, and quality standards across service activities.
  • Oversee resource allocation, workforce planning, and training for field service teams.
  • Act as key customer contact for technical queries and service sales inquiries.
  • Prepare quotations and provide technical and commercial solutions in cooperation with HQ.
  • Own P&L for field service operations, ensuring profitability and cost control.
  • Manage annual budgets and monitor financial performance.
  • Develop PrimeServ Academy programs and lead as a regional center of excellence for training.
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations, health & safety, and company governance.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand regional workshop capabilities.
  • Promote brand reputation through high-quality service delivery and customer satisfaction.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor s or Master s degree in Mechanical Engineering.

  • At least 10 years of relevant experience, including after-sales market and field service leadership.
  • Proven track record in business development and operational management.
  • Strong strategic leadership and ability to manage large, diverse teams across geographies.
  • Excellent financial acumen with experience managing P&L and budgets.
  • Skilled in change management, digitalization, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Strong communication and influencing skills to engage stakeholders at all levels
