Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Lead the Bank's Reconciliation Centre of Excellence, overseeing GL management, balance sheet substantiation, and month-end close processes across all business units
Ensure accuracy, integrity, and timeliness of financial, management, and regulatory reporting
Oversee Tax, Zakat, and withholding tax compliance in line with ZATCA requirements, ensuring robust controls and documentation
Manage the accounts payable function and fixed asset register, ensuring alignment with accounting standards and internal policies
Drive continuous process improvement and automation initiatives across finance operations
Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing financial control team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement
Desired Candidate Profile
15+ years of experience in senior finance roles within the banking sector
Hands-on expertise in technical and operational accounting, GL management, month-end close, and tax compliance
Proven experience with GL systems (Oracle or similar), AP, and fixed asset management tools
Strong track record of leading finance teams and managing complex, multi-stakeholder environments
Arabic speaking essential for engagement with local regulators
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
