Head of Growth - AI-driven Fintech

I am looking for a practical, systems-focused Head of Growth Operations to join a fast-scaling Dubai fintech. This isn t a traditional marketing job, this role is for someone who can build and manage the technical logic behind how a company communicates with its customers. You ll be leading a small team while remaining hands-on with strategy and execution.

• Own the performance of all borrower communications across AI voice, email, SMS, and WhatsApp.
• Design the automated logic, triggers, and fallback rules that drive the borrower's journey.
• Oversee AI-generated content, including prompt design and conversational flow quality.
• Run and measure your own A/B tests on messaging, timing, and segmentation.
• Independently pull and analyse your own data to identify opportunities and diagnose issues.
• Monitor channel health, including deliverability, pickup rates, and system latency.
• Translate business needs into technical logic alongside the product and engineering teams.
• Manage a high-performing team with a focus on fast iteration and clear accountability.

• 6+ years in growth, CRM/lifecycle, or operations within high-volume environments.
• Experience working with AI-generated communication
• You naturally think in events, triggers, dependencies, and failure modes.
• Experience managing a small team while remaining hands on.
• You have a high-agency, ownership mentality and move at a fast pace.
