Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Refine and manage KLK token’s utility, staking model, and broader economic design.

• Develop and execute the KLK ecosystem roadmap — targeting third-party use cases, merchant integrations, and Web3 project adoption.

• Launch and manage community incentive programs, grants, or co-marketing initiatives to support ecosystem growth.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for all Foundation activities — working closely with Klickl leadership, investors, and partners.

• Lead token listing strategies and exchange relationships globally.

• Represent KLK Foundation in Web3 forums, events, and cross-ecosystem discussions.

• Ensure token mechanics align with user experience and Klickl’s payment infrastructure.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in finance, Web3, or digital asset exchanges.

• Experience in token foundations or Layer 1/Layer 2 ecosystem projects strongly preferred.

• Deep understanding of tokenomics, ecosystem design, and community building.

• Familiarity with payments, FX, or real-world financial applications is a strong advantage.

• Knowledge of regulatory structures relevant to digital asset and token foundation operations.

• Fluent in English; proficiency in an additional language (e.g., Mandarin, Spanish, Korean, Japanese) is a plus.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, both internal and external.
