Head of Marketing - Dubai

We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Head of Marketing to lead and scale our marketing function within the furniture, closets, cabinets, kitchens, and fit-out manufacturing sector. Based in Dubai, this leadership role will be responsible for driving brand visibility, demand generation, and market expansion across B2B and B2C channels in the UAE and wider GCC region.

• Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with the company’s growth objectives.

• Lead brand positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies for products and solutions. • Drive lead generation and sales enablement initiatives for projects, dealers, designers, and architects. • Oversee digital marketing, social media, website performance, SEO/SEM, and marketing automation.

• Manage offline marketing activities including exhibitions, trade shows, showroom marketing, and events.

• Collaborate closely with sales, design, and product teams to ensure consistent brand communication.

• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer insights to identify new opportunities.

• Manage marketing budgets, agencies, and external partners.

• Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing marketing team.

• Track and report on KPIs, ROI, and campaign effectiveness.
