Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive membership experience strategy, enhancing member engagement and retention within the fitness and wellness environment.

  • Lead and mentor the membership experience team and Gym Receptionists, fostering a culture of exceptional service, proactive problem-solving, and continuous improvement.

  • Analyze member feedback, data, and market trends to identify opportunities for program enhancement and service innovation.

  • Oversee the onboarding process for new members, ensuring a seamless and welcoming introduction to the facility and its offerings.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Possesses a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as hospitality, recreation management, or business administration.
  • Demonstrates a minimum of 7 years of experience in the fitness and wellness industry, with a focus on member experience.
  • Exhibits a strong understanding of fitness and wellness trends, industry best practices, and competitive landscape.
  • Holds relevant certifications, such as a Certified Fitness Professional or similar credentials, showcasing expertise.
