Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

-Operations Strategy & Leadership

Develop and execute UAE operational strategy aligned with global business goals.

Set KPIs for warehousing, deployment, technical support, and logistics,vendor management

Drive operational excellence and cost optimization.


-Supply Chain & Inventory Management

Manage forecasting, procurement coordination, and inventory planning.

Oversee import/export processes and customs clearance in UAE.

Ensure optimal stock levels across warehouse and field locations.


-Warehousing & Distribution

Supervise warehouse operations including receiving, QC, storage, and dispatch.

Ensure accurate serial number tracking of POS devices.

Maintain SLA-driven dispatch timelines for merchants and partners.

Monitor reverse logistics (RMA, repair, replacements).


-Deployment & Field Operations

Manage device deployment across merchants

Oversee installation, configuration, and training teams.

Ensure service turnaround time (TAT) adherence.

Implement preventive maintenance processes.


-Technical Service & Repair Center Oversight

Supervise service center operations.

Monitor device failure analysis and quality reporting.

Maintain spare parts inventory and repair SLAs.

Coordinate with OEMs for warranty and escalations.


-Compliance & Regulatory

Ensure compliance with UAE telecom and payment regulations (e.g.TDRA etc)

Maintain documentation for audits and certifications.

Ensure data security and device security standards are met.


-Vendor & Partner Management

Manage logistics providers, warehouse partners, repair vendors.

Negotiate contracts and control operational costs.

Establish performance SLAs with service partners.


-Financial & KPI Control

Manage operational budgets and cost control.

Track operational P&L and cost per device deployed.

Provide weekly/monthly MIS reports to leadership.

Improve operational margins through efficiency initiatives.


Desired Candidate Profile

Experience working with banks, fintech companies, or payment service providers. Exposure to large-scale merchant deployment. Experience managing multi-location warehouse operations. Knowledge of PCI compliance & payment security standards.
