Company Profile (Industry, Size, Products/Services):- We are a Dubai-based interior design, fit-out and project management company with 6+ years of experience. We specialize in delivering design and build solutions for commercial, retail, hospitality and healthcare sectors.


Job Description / Responsibilities

A. Strategic Planning Responsibilities

(Focus: Market understanding, pipeline planning, goal setting, team alignment)

Conduct in-depth market research to identify new project opportunities and emerging sectors (commercial, hospitality, retail, residential, etc.).
Leverage existing client networks, referrals, social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram), and real estate connections to generate new leads.
Build and manage a structured lead pipeline; ensure consistent follow-up and regular communication with potential clients.
Develop weekly and monthly sales plans based on targets.
Set revenue and conversion goals for the sales team, and provide strategic guidance, training, and motivation to enhance performance.
Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts and manage client retention initiatives.
Liaise with third-party vendors, consultants, and partner firms to create bundled service offerings when required.
Submit weekly sales reports, forecasts, and competitor analysis to the Director – Commercial.
Highlight risks, lost deals, and client feedback during review meetings to support continuous improvement.
Support marketing initiatives by providing project content, client testimonials, and updates for the portfolio.


B. Plan Implementation

(Focus: Execution, team monitoring, client handling, coordination, CRM oversight)

Initiate and manage contact with prospective clients to understand their space requirements, design preferences, and budget constraints.
Organize and attend client meetings, site visits, and requirement-gathering sessions to ensure accurate brief understanding.
Maintain strong relationships with architects, consultants, project managers, and real estate agents to ensure continuous business flow and collaboration.
Coordinate with internal teams (Design, Estimation, Technical) to ensure proposals are tailored, competitive, and submitted within stipulated deadlines.
Prepare client presentations, capability decks, BOQs, and commercial proposals that align with client requirements and company margins.
Lead negotiations and close deals, ensuring alignment with company profitability and project feasibility.
Facilitate a smooth transition of closed deals to the Projects and Operations teams.
Ensure all contractual documents, client briefs, and key communication are properly documented and handed over for execution readiness.
Act as a communication bridge between the client and the delivery team during the early project stages.
Monitor, mentor, and evaluate the performance of the sales team (Business Development Managers and Executives) to ensure achievement of individual and team targets.
Monitor CRM entries to ensure all client interactions, follow-ups, tasks, and updates are recorded accurately and in a timely manner by the sales team.
Support individual sales team members in closing deals, providing guidance, support, and assistance during critical stages.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, lead progress, and conversions using the existing CRM.
Represent Lloyd Design in exhibitions, trade shows, business networking events, and client-facing forums.

Highlight risks, lost deals, and client feedback during review meetings to support continuous improvement.
