Job Title: Head of Sales Dubai & GCC

Compensation: Base Salary + Commission + Car Allowance

Role Summary

A premium design-led brand in the luxury home and interiors space is seeking a Head of Sales Dubai & GCC to drive commercial growth across the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, and the broader Gulf region. This role is pivotal in establishing strong client relationships, boosting revenue across key verticals (interior design, retail, hospitality, and B2C), and strengthening the brand s presence as a leading name in refined, design-focused home d cor.

Key Responsibilities Sales & Market Development
  • Lead B2B and B2C sales efforts across Dubai and the GCC, targeting high-value interior design studios, hospitality projects, furniture retailers, and individual clients.

  • Create and execute quarterly sales strategies aligned with brand growth and revenue objectives.

  • Identify untapped market opportunities and develop action plans for new business acquisition.

Client Relationship Management
  • Establish and nurture long-term relationships with key accounts in design, retail, and hospitality sectors.

  • Manage the full client lifecycle from initial contact to project completion.

  • Represent the brand at meetings, industry events, exhibitions, and trade shows across the region.

Team & Operations
  • Operate from the brand s Dubai office, supported by a dedicated Sales Coordinator.

  • Collaborate with internal departments including design, logistics, and marketing to ensure client satisfaction.

  • Oversee regional sales reporting and maintain a dynamic sales pipeline.

Travel & Representation
  • Regular travel within the UAE, Saudi Arabia, and Qatar to develop business opportunities.

  • Serve as a brand ambassador, promoting values of craftsmanship, design integrity, and personalized service.
