We seek to appoint an outstanding Head of Sixth Form to lead our flagship post-16 provision, a senior role with pivotal strategic impact across the school. The successful candidate pairs strong academic rigour with exceptional emotional intelligence; builds trust with highly aspirational students under pressure; communicates with clarity and warmth with parents and colleagues; partners confidently with tutors, subject leaders, university advisers, safeguarding leads, and governors; and represents the school with authority and distinction to universities and external partners.
