Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
1. Facilitating employee representative bodies
- Organize and supervise the elections of staff delegates;
- Plan and facilitate meetings of employee representative bodies (CSE, CHSCT, DP) in conjunction with HRBPs;
- To monitor the agreements reached and the quality of social dialogue;
- Actively participate in communication and sharing of company projects with social partners.
2. Social monitoring and management
- To ensure continuous legal and social monitoring of legal and contractual developments;
- Analyze social indicators (absenteeism, accidents, social climate, etc.) to guide HR decisions;
- To manage and coordinate cross-cutting social projects (risk prevention, well-being at work, inclusion);
- to be the preferred contact for social organizations and service providers;
- Monitor compliance with disciplinary procedures and dismissal files;
- Contribute to the design of the “Social Engagement” e-learning tool.
3. HR studies and analyses
- prepare the annual social report and produce the studies necessary for managing the social climate;
- Propose action plans regarding satisfaction, engagement and continuous improvement.
4. Team Management
- To supervise, motivate and develop the skills of your team;
- Set objectives, monitor performance indicators and conduct performance reviews;
- To unite and motivate your employees around the group's values and a positive social dynamic.
Performance indicators
- Quality and processing time of social requests;
- Staff engagement and satisfaction level;
- Effectiveness of the social actions implemented;
- Quality of relations with staff representatives;
- Team performance and development.
Desired Candidate Profile
Training:
- Bachelor's degree (4/5 years of higher education) in Human Resources, Social Law, Industrial Relations or equivalent field.
Experience:
- Minimum 3-5 years' experience in an HR role including employee relations management, etc.
- External experience of 5-8 years in a similar role (Head of Employee Relations / HRBP / HR Manager).
Technical skills:
- Excellent mastery of labor law and social regulations;
- Management of employee representative bodies;
- Capacity for social analysis and reporting;
- Social project management and change management.
Behavioral skills:
- Leadership, active listening, team spirit and diplomacy;
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills;
- A sense of rigor, confidentiality and mediation;
- Proactive, analytical mind and organizational skills.
