Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Calculate, prepare and process monthly payroll in compliance with internal procedures and applicable legislation.
- Controlling variable payroll elements: absences, overtime, bonuses, deductions, sanctions, etc.
- Edit and verify the payslips before validation.
- Manage mandatory social declarations (CNAS, taxes, DAS).
- Provide administrative support for employees: leave, staff movements, work accidents, illness, maternity, social files.
- To support employees in their social procedures and inform them of their rights.
- Prepare the department's dashboards (payroll, staffing, social security contributions).
- To guarantee the confidentiality, reliability and compliance of the data processed.
- Degree in Human Resources, Management, Accounting, Law or equivalent.
- Excellent command of Excel and computer tools.
- In-depth knowledge of payroll calculation and Algerian social legislation.
- Sense of organization, rigor, discretion and ability to work under pressure.
- Good communication and analytical skills.
Desired Candidate Profile
