Roles & Responsibilities

To provide strategic leadership across our Early Years network. This senior role leads EYFS-aligned curriculum development, instructional coaching, quality assurance, and professional learning - working closely with Pastoral Care and Arabic curriculum leaders to deliver high-quality bilingual education.

Desired Candidate Profile

Skills & Experience

  • Minimum 8 years Early Years teaching experience
  • At least 5 years in educational leadership
  • Curriculum
  • Or instructional coaching
  • Deep expertise in EYFS and English curriculum development

Educational Qualifications : Master s in Early Childhood Education, Educational Leadership, or related field
