Roles & Responsibilities

to develop and implement the human resources management strategy

  • Ensure strict compliance with legislation, regulations and the Labour Code
  • Supervise and control procedures related to compensation management.
  • Ensure compliance with legislation and regulations regarding the management of social welfare programs.
  • Ensure that personnel files are properly maintained and up-to-date, respecting confidentiality.
  • Ensure that the regulatory personnel records are kept up to date
  • Managing relationships with employees and their representatives
  • Represent the Company to the labor inspectorate and other bodies, replacing the Director
  • Ensure the implementation of disciplinary measures taken by management.
  • To ensure a positive social climate and rigorous discipline within the company
  • Conducting employee satisfaction surveys
  • Analyze HR performance indicators and propose corrective actions
  • Managing budgets related to human resources
  • Collaborating with other departments to achieve company objectives
  • Promoting company culture and well-being at work
  • Participate in strategic projects related to human resources

Desired Candidate Profile

Higher education qualification at Bac +4 level or equivalent in Human Resources Management, Management or related field

  • Demonstrate at least six (06) years of professional experience in the field of human resources management
  • Good command of labor legislation and regulations
  • Knowledge of ISO standards and quality management systems
  • Mastery of the principles, methods and tools of human resource management
  • Excellent analytical, synthesis and writing skills
  • Good oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple files simultaneously and work in a demanding environment
  • Strong interpersonal skills, listening skills, organizational skills, and a commitment to confidentiality.
  • Initiative, rigor and a sense of responsibility
  • Mastery of computer tools and office software
