Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and support the service team to deliver an exceptional fine dining experience to all guests.
  • Greet and seat guests courteously, ensuring a welcoming and professional first impression.
  • Demonstrate deep knowledge of menu offerings, including food, beverages, and daily specials.
  • Recommend dishes, wine pairings, and menu combinations to enhance the guest experience.
  • Ensure food and beverage items meet quality and presentation standards before service.
  • Coordinate closely with the kitchen and bar teams for smooth service flow.
  • Handle guest inquiries and resolve complaints promptly with professionalism and tact.
  • Assist with training, mentoring, and motivating junior team members to maintain service excellence.
  • Uphold hygiene, safety, and brand standards in all service areas.

Desired Candidate Profile

Minimum of 2 years experience in a Head Waiter or Senior Waiter role within a luxury hotel, resort, or fine-dining environment.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage a diverse clientele.

Proven ability to lead by example and manage a small service team effectively.

Solid understanding of fine dining service protocols and luxury guest expectations.

Positive attitude, adaptability, and attention to detail under pressure.

Fluency in English required; additional languages are an advantage.
