Roles & Responsibilities
Role Overview
- Service Leadership: Leads the floor during service, setting the tone for elegance, pace, and attentiveness while ensuring every detail is executed to perfection
- Guest Recognition: Builds genuine rapport with guests, anticipates preferences, and handles requests with discretion and sophistication.
- Dining Mastery: Demonstrates a deep understanding of Italian cuisine, seasonal ingredients, and wine pairings, confidently guiding guests through the menu.
- Standards & Ambience: Safeguards the restaurant s presentation and atmosphere, ensuring each element reflects the charm, authenticity, and excellence of Italian fine dining.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3+ years of fine dining experience, preferably in an Italian fine dining restaurant.
- Ability to multitask and remain composed in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional appearance, positive attitude, and strong sense of responsibility.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required.
