Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
Welcome and assist guests in a professional and friendly manner
Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen
Serve food and drinks promptly and ensure guest satisfaction
Maintain cleanliness of tables and service areas
Handle guest inquiries and resolve basic complaints professionally
Follow hygiene, safety, and restaurant service standards
Desired Candidate Profile
Requirements:
Previous experience as a waiter in a Lebanese or Middle Eastern restaurant preferred
Good communication and customer service skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Team player with a positive attitude
Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
Available to join immediately
