Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate the activities of the waiting staff to ensure timely and efficient serviceGreet and assist guests, ensuring a high standard of customer serviceAssign duties and manage staff shifts, breaks, and rotationsTrain and mentor junior wait staff on service standards, table etiquette, and menu knowledgeMonitor food and beverage quality, presentation, and service timingHandle customer complaints professionally and resolve issues promptlyAssist in inventory management, including ordering and stocking of suppliesEnsure compliance with health, hygiene, and safety standardsCollaborate with chefs, bartenders, and management to enhance service deliveryMaintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area
