Roles & Responsibilities

Job purpose

To provide comprehensive and professional non-clinical, administrative support to the

OP departments with relevant administrative duties aimed at supporting the clinical

teams in their focus on direct patient care and drive effective operations of the various

departments.

Responsibilities

• To provide administration support to physicians and related healthcare

professionals

• To provide patient administration support in the outpatient and inpatient settings

• To support clinical and non-clinical stock management in the department

• To actively promote patient satisfaction

• Ensure that the medical insurance information of patients is up to date and

correct

Desired Candidate Profile

• This is a temporary position for 6 months and extendable

• Preference for a Healthcare background or qualification due to medical

terminology

• Well versed with computer skills as applications of the hospitals will be used

daily.

• Candidate should have good communication skills.

• Very well presentable.

• Candidates need to have their own visa (family or golden visa)

• Hourly rate (26 per hour, 45 hours per week)

• Flexibility on shifts including evening
