The Role:

• Report to the Head Hostess, supporting them in delivering exceptional service.
• Provide a warm, professional, and engaging welcome to all guests.
• Ensure that each guest s arrival is seamless and efficient, creating a positive first impression.
• Maintain an enthusiastic and energetic presence, ensuring guests feel excited about their experience.
• Work collaboratively with the Reception and Reservations teams to ensure all bookings are executed smoothly.
• Demonstrate keen attention to detail, identifying small ways to enhance the guest experience.
• Anticipate guest needs, adapting service accordingly to create a truly personalized experience.
• Be proactive in learning and developing skills to progress within the team.
