Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival
Manage reservation systems and waitlists efficiently
Escort guests to their tables and provide menus
Communicate effectively with waitstaff and kitchen to coordinate service
Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints politely and professionally
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the entrance and waiting areas
Provide information about menu items, specials, and promotions
Assist in managing guest flow during peak hours to minimize waiting time
