Roles & Responsibilities


  • Greet and welcome all guests in a warm, professional, and sophisticated manner.
  • Should Speak Russian.
  • Provide personalized assistance and ensure each visitor’s needs are anticipated and met.
  • Maintain the showroom’s ambiance — ensuring it always reflects the brand’s luxury standards.
  • Offer refreshments and manage the guest waiting area with grace and discretion.
  • Coordinate with sales and management teams to ensure seamless guest flow and service.
  • Answer phone calls and handle inquiries with courtesy, accuracy, and confidentiality.
  • Support event setups, VIP appointments, and exclusive client experiences.
  • Uphold brand image through impeccable grooming, communication, and etiquette.
  • Maintain visitor logs and assist in administrative duties as required.

Desired Candidate Profile


  • Previous experience as a hostess, front desk associate, or receptionist — preferably in a luxury retail, hospitality, or automotive environment.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluent in English (additional languages are an advantage).
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask gracefully.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
  • Proficient in MS Office
