Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily hotel operations, ensuring all departments work cohesively to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to boost occupancy rates and enhance the hotel's brand presence in the market.
  • Manage financial performance by preparing budgets, analyzing revenue reports, and controlling costs to maximize profitability.
  • Lead and mentor Head of Departments providing training and performance evaluations to foster a motivated and skilled workforce.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety throughout the property.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with guests by addressing concerns promptly and ensuring their needs are met during their stay.
  • Coordinate events and banquets, working closely with clients to customize services and ensure successful execution.
  • Monitor and improve customer satisfaction scores through feedback collection and implementing necessary changes.
  • Establish partnerships with local businesses and tourism boards to enhance guest offerings and drive local engagement.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to adapt strategies and maintain a competitive edge.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s/Masters degree in Hotel/Hospitality Management, Business Administration.
  • Minimum of 12-15 years of experience in hospitality management, with a proven track record of success in a similar role. Candidates with prior experience with brands such as Wyndham/Ramada and will have added advantage.
  • Fluency in English is required; additional languages; Arabic, is highly advantageous.
  • Proficient in hotel management software and property management systems/IDS to streamline operations and enhance guest services.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to assess operational performance and implement data-driven improvements.
