Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily hotel operations to ensure a seamless guest experience, from check-in to check-out.
  • Manage budgeting and financial performance, ensuring profitability while maintaining high service standards.
  • Lead and develop a diverse team of staff, fostering a culture of excellence and professional growth.
  • Implement marketing strategies to boost occupancy rates and enhance the hotel's brand presence in the market.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in hotel management or operations.
  • Certifications such as Certified Hotel Administrator (CHA) or similar are advantageous.
  • Experience in luxury hotel environments is highly desirable.
