Roles & Responsibilities
We are seeking a highly organized and professional House Manager cum Personal Assistant to oversee the smooth operations of a private luxury residence in the UAE while also supporting the personal and administrative needs of the property owner. This dual role requires strong leadership, multitasking ability, discretion, and excellent interpersonal skills.
Roles & Responsibilities:
· Manage and supervise household staff (housekeepers, chef, driver, gardeners), including scheduling, weekly offs, and performance oversight.
· Coordinate with external vendors and contractors for maintenance, repairs, and home improvement projects, ensuring top-quality standards.
· Maintain household supplies and inventory to ensure the residence is always fully stocked, from groceries to luxury goods.
· Handle petty cash and oversee both household and personal expenses.
· Manage the client’s personal schedule, including appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
· Handle personal shopping requirements: purchase of gifts, online orders, delivery follow-ups, and processing returns/refunds.
· Track and manage vehicle renewals, registrations, and maintenance schedules.
· Organize and coordinate events, liaising with vendors and ensuring seamless execution.

· 3–5 years’ experience in household, villa, estate management, or personal assistance roles.

· Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
· Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and travel with the client when required.
· Strong references and background checks are mandatory.
· Education: Middle/High School (preferred).
