Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day household operations, ensuring all areas are maintained to luxury hotel standards.

  • Lead, supervise, and coordinate with household staff (maids, drivers, chefs, nannies, etc.).

  • Manage vendor relations, suppliers, and maintenance schedules for the villa.

  • Handle administrative tasks, household budgets, inventories, and reporting.

  • Organize and manage events, private dinners, and family gatherings as required.

  • Provide VIP guest service, ensuring privacy, discretion, and personalized hospitality.

  • Ensure security, safety, and confidentiality within the household.

  • Liaise with family office/PA for smooth coordination of schedules and travel arrangements.

Desired Candidate Profile

Female candidates preferred Filipino or Indian nationality.

  • 10+ years experience in luxury hotels (Housekeeping / Guest Relations / Butler / Admin roles).

  • Minimum 5 years experience in private residences or villas with UHNW clients.

  • Strong administrative and organizational skills; capable of managing staff and multitasking effectively.

  • Highly presentable, polished, and discreet, with exceptional communication skills.

  • Driving license preferred.

  • Must be locally available in UAE and able to start immediately.
