Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest rooms and common areas, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness that enhances the guest experience.
  • Manage laundry tasks including washing, folding, and ironing linens and towels, maintaining a neat and organized storage system.
  • Restock bathroom supplies and mini-bars, ensuring guests have access to necessary amenities during their stay.
  • Respond promptly to guest requests and inquiries, providing exceptional service that fosters customer satisfaction.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred, with a focus on hospitality or related fields.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a housekeeping or cleaning role within the hospitality industry.
  • Certification in housekeeping or hospitality management is an advantage.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English; additional language skills are a plus.
