Roles & Responsibilities

The Housekeeping Associate is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of guest rooms and public areas within a hotel or similar establishment. This role ensures a comfortable and welcoming environment for guests.

  • Clean and sanitize guest rooms, including making beds, cleaning bathrooms, and dusting.
  • Replenish amenities such as toiletries and linens.
  • Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors in guest rooms and public areas.
  • Empty trash and replace liners.
  • Restock housekeeping carts with necessary supplies.
  • Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards.
  • Maintain cleanliness of public areas, such as lobbies and hallways.
  • Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines.
  • Provide excellent customer service to guests.
