Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Coordinate daily housekeeping activities and assign tasks to room attendants and supervisors.
- Update room status in the system and ensure all information is accurate and communicated in real time.
- Handle guest requests promptly and efficiently, ensuring they are logged and followed through.
- Maintain clear communication between Housekeeping, Front Office, and Engineering departments.
- Manage lost and found items, ensuring proper documentation and secure storage.
- Monitor inventory of linens, amenities, and supplies; assist with ordering and stock control.
- Prepare daily reports such as occupancy, room discrepancy, and staff productivity.
- Handle scheduling, monthly attendance, payroll and administrative tasks for the department.
- Ensure all health, safety, and hygiene standards are followed.
- Support the Executive Housekeeper and Supervisors in daily operations and special projects.
Desired Candidate Profile
Previous experience in a housekeeping or administrative role (hotel experience preferred).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Proficient in hotel PMS systems (e.g., Opera, Oasys) and Microsoft Office.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude, professionalism, and strong teamwork skills.
