Housekeeping Supervisor & Driver

You will be responsible for transporting our housekeeping staff between properties and ensuring every apartment meets our premium hospitality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Logistics: Safely transport housekeeping staff to various apartment locations using a company manual van.
• Supervision: Conduct thorough inspections of apartments post-cleaning to ensure they meet strict brand standards.
• Tech Integration: Utilize property management software to track tasks, upload inspection photos, and report maintenance issues in real-time.
• Standards Adherence: Train and mentor staff on cleaning protocols.
• Vehicle Care: Ensure the company van is well-maintained and clean.

Requirements:

• Licensing: Must hold a valid Lebanese Driving License (Manual transmission).
• Experience: Previous experience in housekeeping supervision, hospitality, or property management is preferred.
• Technology: Comfortable using smartphones and task-management apps.
• Leadership: Strong personality with the ability to manage a team and maintain discipline on-site.
• Language: English is a plus for system navigation.

Availability: Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends if necessary.
