Role Summary
The Housekeeping Supervisor at InterContinental Residence Suites Dubai Festival City will oversee daily housekeeping operations, ensuring all guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces meet the highest cleanliness and presentation standards. This role requires strong leadership, attention to detail, and effective communication to coordinate with multiple departments and deliver an exceptional guest experience.

What You ll Do

* Supervise and implement housekeeping standards and procedures
* Recommend improvements to processes and support ongoing training initiatives
* Maintain thorough knowledge of all housekeeping systems and equipment
* Open and close shifts, ensuring effective shift handovers
* Distribute and collect keys, manage calls, and handle daily shift briefings
* Foster cooperation and trust among colleagues, teams, and departments
* Build and maintain positive relationships with guests and internal teams to anticipate and exceed expectations
* Assist guests with inquiries and escort them within the hotel when needed
* Maintain knowledge of hotel programs, events, services, and facilities to enhance guest interactions
* Promote the hotel s image in all guest and staff interactions
* Ensure compliance with brand standards and operational policies

Ideal Profile

* Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role within a 4- or 5-star hotel environment
* Good spoken and written English skills
* Flexible with shifts and task assignments
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to high standards
* Knowledge of budgeting and PNL concepts is an advantage
* Ability to work effectively with colleagues and guests from diverse cultures and backgrounds
