Job Objective:
Responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation across all areas of the Household. This includes leading a housekeeping team, overseeing daily operations, and ensuring smooth coordination in line with the expectations

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage housekeeping staff, schedules, and performance.
• Ensure all areas of the residence are maintained to luxury standards, including laundry and wardrobe care.
• Manage inventories, cleaning products, and coordinate with external vendors.
• Liaise with the Palace Manager and other departments to ensure seamless household operations.
• Uphold strict confidentiality and compliance with health, safety, and luxury service standards.

Requirements:

• 5–7 years of housekeeping experience, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role (luxury hotels, private estates, or ).
• Strong leadership, team management, and knowledge of fine materials care.
• Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends and holidays.
