Roles & Responsibilities
We are looking for a Housing Attendant to join our people & culture team and ensure that all employee accommodations are clean, organized, and welcoming. This role is essential in maintaining a safe, comfortable, and supportive living environment for our team, allowing them to thrive while contributing to the retreat s spirit of adventure, community, and authenticity.
Employee Accommodation & Housekeeping
Clean, organize, and maintain staff housing units to the highest standards of hygiene and presentation.
Prepare accommodations for new staff arrivals and assist with move-ins as needed.
Respond promptly to staff requests or concerns related to their living spaces with professionalism and care.
Report maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards to supervisors promptly.
Hygiene, Safety & Standards
Follow strict hygiene, sanitation, and safety standards at all times.
Ensure proper handling of cleaning equipment, supplies, and staff belongings.
Maintain storage areas, cleaning tools, and housing facilities in an organized and safe manner.
Collaboration & Teamwork
Work closely with operations, housekeeping, and maintenance teams to ensure smooth functioning of staff accommodations.
Assist in maintaining communal areas, ensuring cleanliness and tidiness throughout employee housing.
Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas to improve staff satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Desired Candidate Profile
Previous experience in housekeeping or staff accommodation services preferred.
- Friendly, approachable, and team-focused attitude.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Knowledge of hygiene, safety, and service standards.
- Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays as required.
