Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks aligned with Muscat HQ standards.
Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical and support roles
Oversee onboarding, induction, and employee life-cycle management.
Implement performance appraisal systems, goal setting, and KPIs in line with business targets
Manage payroll coordination, attendance, leave, and benefits administration.
Foster employee engagement, motivation, and retention initiatives.
Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary procedures in compliance with local labour laws.
Supervise day-to-day office administration, facility management, and vendor coordination.
Ensure compliance with statutory and labour law requirements in India.
Manage documentation, contracts, and HR records (digital and physical).
Coordinate with IT and finance for office operations, budgeting, and procurement needs.
Prepare periodic HR and administrative reports for the Muscat management team.
Support in organizing team meetings, training sessions, and HR audits.
Bridge Management and employee relations by addressing demands and grievances or other issue
