Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Human Resources
- Assist with end-to-end recruitment (job posting, screening, scheduling interviews)
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes
- Maintain and update employee records, personnel files, and HR databases
- Track attendance, leave balances, overtime, and prepare HR reports
- Coordinate employee training, performance reviews, and KPI documentation
- Support employee relations activities and assist with HR policy implementation
- Ensure compliance with company policies and UAE labor regulations
Accounting & Accounts Payable (AP)
- Handle AP tasks: invoice checking, data entry, payment preparation, and supplier reconciliation
- Maintain accurate accounting files, records, and documentation
- Support payroll preparation by providing HR-related data (attendance, leave, deductions)
- Assist with expense tracking and petty cash
- Support month-end closing and financial reporting
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelors in HR, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
- 3–4 years of experience in HR or AP/accounting roles
- Strong Excel skills and familiarity with HR or accounting software
- Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills
- Ability to handle confidential information and work independently
