Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
The HR and Recruitment Manager plays a critical role in shaping the workforce and culture of an organization. This position is responsible for strategizing and implementing recruitment campaigns that attract top talent, aligning hiring practices with organizational goals, and ensuring a smooth onboarding process. Additionally, the role involves managing HR policies, employee relations, and compliance with employment laws. Successful candidates will demonstrate excellent communication and leadership skills, the ability to work collaboratively across departments, and a deep understanding of staffing and recruitment trends. This position requires a keen eye for identifying potential hires, as well as maintaining existing employee satisfaction, all while supporting the company s mission and values.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet organizational goals.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job posting to onboarding new hires.
- Collaborate with department heads to understand open position requirements clearly.
- Analyze and optimize hiring processes to improve efficiency and outcomes.
- Oversee the creation and implementation of HR policies in compliance with laws.
- Maintain up-to-date job descriptions and organizational charts for accuracy.
- Conduct regular employee performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
- Foster a positive work environment that emphasizes employee engagement and development.
- Monitor HR metrics and predict future hiring needs based on industry trends.
- Facilitate training sessions and workshops to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Serve as a point of contact for employee grievances and conflict resolution.
- Coordinate with external recruitment agencies and partners for specialized roles.
Requirements
- Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of five years of experience in HR management or recruitment roles.
- Strong understanding of labor laws and compliance with employment regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for diverse workplace communication.
- Ability to handle sensitive employment information confidentially and responsibly.
- Demonstrated experience in developing organizational talent pipelines effectively.
- Proficiency with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) and applicant tracking.
