Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Medlink is seeking an organised and motivated HR Assistant to support the HR function in day-to-day operations. This role is ideal for someone at the beginning of their HR career who wants to gain hands-on experience in recruitment, onboarding, employee documentation, and HR administration.

The HR Assistant will work closely with the Human Resources Generalist and provide support across recruitment activities, onboarding preparation, employee records, and general HR coordination while following company procedures and internal policies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in posting job advertisements on relevant platforms
  • Support screening applications and organising candidate information
  • Help schedule interviews and follow up with candidates
  • Support onboarding preparation for new employees
  • Assist in preparing HR documents such as job descriptions and administrative documents
  • Maintain and update employee documentation in both soft and hard copies
  • Assist with induction preparation and first-month follow-up tasks for new employees
  • Support tracking attendance, employee records, and HR-related data
  • Help coordinate HR meetings and related documentation
  • Assist in maintaining HR trackers, reports, and internal records
  • Support training and development administration tasks
  • Follow all internal company policies and HR-related protocols
  • Carry out other duties assigned by the Manager or HR Generalist

Desired Candidate Profile

Requirements

  • University degree in Human Resources, Business Management, or a related field
  • 0 1 year of experience in HR, administration, or a similar role
  • Good written and verbal English
  • Basic knowledge of HR and recruitment processes is an advantage
  • Proficiency in Google Drive and document collaboration tools
  • Good communication skills and attention to detail
  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
  • Willingness to learn and grow in the HR field
  • Ability to follow instructions and support HR processes accurately
