Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities
- Assist with the recruitment process by posting job ads and scheduling interviews.
- Maintain employee records, ensuring information is accurate and up-to-date.
- Support employee onboarding, ensuring new hires receive necessary information and resources.
- Coordinate and contribute to employee training and development initiatives.
- Assist with payroll processing and ensure timely and accurate salary disbursements.
- Facilitate communication between HR and other departments, ensuring smooth operations.
- Handle employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures efficiently.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and practices.
- Manage and update HR documents such as employee handbooks and job descriptions.
- Organize and participate in company events and workshops when required.
- Assist with performance review processes and maintain relevant documentation.
- Support HR team projects and initiatives to improve departmental productivity.
Requirements
- Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least one year of experience in an administrative or HR role preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in daily tasks.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to handle sensitive situations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with HR software systems.
- Ability to handle data with confidentiality and exercise sound judgment.
- Proven ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
