Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute recruitment, onboarding, and employee development programs.
- Manage attendance and HR data for permanent, contract, and casual employees.
- Implement HR systems and processes for operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and industry standards.
- Coordinate with departments to resolve HR-related issues and support business goals.
- Drive HR initiatives and organizational change.
- Monitor and report HR KPIs and performance metrics.
- Lead employee relations efforts including motivation, conflict resolution, and internal communication.
- Handle EPF & ETF-related tasks.
- Oversee talent and competency management, training, and leadership development.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 10 years of HR experience, with at least 7 years in a managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor law compliance, and HRIS systems.
- Proven experience in talent management and employee engagement.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Understanding of workplace safety standards.
