Roles & Responsibilities


Mission Description

Work closely with the Business Leader to support the overall business strategy, helping to identify, prioritize, and develop organizational capabilities, behaviors, structures, and processes through operational management.

Manage recruitment, workforce performance indicators, onboarding, the employee lifecycle, and processes related to the Human Resources Information System (HRIS).

Advise employees and managers on labor relations activities, such as organizational design, career paths, compensation and benefits, disciplinary processes, and other professional matters. Support managers and employees

in the performance management process by providing guidance and ongoing support to optimize performance.

Provide HR reports with data analysis on key aspects such as engagement, turnover, and well-being, defining actions and follow-up.

Support diversity and inclusion projects, corporate social responsibility initiatives, and other operational HR projects identified for your designated teams.

Be proactive and participate in the global HR organization by leading cross-functional HR projects, both locally and internationally.

Understand employee opinions and experiences, provide insights, anticipate needs, and proactively address concerns.

Profile

Master's degree (Bac+5) in Human Resources or a related field.
Over 5 years of experience as an HR generalist or HR Business Partner.
Previous experience in the automotive industry is a plus.
Experience in employee relations, performance management, manager coaching, HR program management, and compensation campaigns.
Fluency in French and English.
Excellent command of HR technology tools.
Curious mind, problem-solving oriented, and capable of proposing proactive solutions.
Strong autonomy, attention to detail, responsiveness, sense of responsibility, rigor, and resilience.
Ability to build trusting relationships with colleagues from diverse backgrounds.
Resourcefulness, analytical skills, and responsiveness in a dynamic environment, with a strong sense of urgency and a positive attitude.
