Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and draft job descriptions from scratch across multiple functions
  • Build and standardize job architecture frameworks aligned with organizational strategy
  • Partner with stakeholders to define roles, responsibilities, and competencies
  • Support wider HR transformation initiatives including organizational design and workforce planning
  • Ensure alignment with government frameworks and best practices
  • Conduct benchmarking and market mapping of roles

Desired Candidate Profile

Proven experience in creating job descriptions and job architecture frameworksBackground in HR transformation projectsExperience working with government entities or large multinational organizationsStrong stakeholder management and communication skillsFluent in Arabic and English (mandatory)Preferred BackgroundExposure to public sector transformation initiatives in the UAE or GCC
